I have known John and his family since 2006, John married myself and Ronel in December of 2006 – Man i’m getting on.
Since then I have spent many hours either on a bicycle with John or just chatting while riding our bikes and him and his family have become great friends of both myself and Ronel. We where lucky enough to have John dedicate Benjamin (our son) end of last year. Basically he has played a huge role in my life and also in my families life. John was also very supportive during the time of my accident last year. For all these things I am truly grateful, so spending that hour with your family this evening on the Stellenbosch Mountains was amazing – I loved it and made me realize how privileged we are to live in such an amazing part of the world (..not just a part of South Africa..).

P.S. – John, cant wait to come and ride in the Durban hills with you one day soon, and then hit an Espresso 🙂
