The best part of being a photographer is getting opportunities to shoot relatives and family. It often gives me the opportunity to explore the boundaries a little. The extended family decided to get together at the beautiful Eikebos Campsite for a family weekend. Having photographed their wedding back in 2013, Robbie and Mariaan decided to approached me and asked for some intimate photo’s, showcasing the expected arrival of Annabele – their first born child.
I welcomed the opportunity and decided to experiment with my newly purchased Godox AD200 flash. I really enjoyed the shoot and fun was had all around, we walked around the campsite and just snapped at opportunities that presented themselves. They are such a relaxed couple in front of the lens and it made my job so much easier.
Thanks Robbie and Mariaan, hopefully we can get you and little Annabele in front of the camera soon!
